Born in Cuba and raised on survival, Eliany Espada always dreamed of being a full-time artist. At just 8 years old, she arrived in the U.S. by boat—and like many immigrant children, was told college was the only way to succeed. She followed the script, earning two degrees including Architecture while working two jobs and teaching herself how to tattoo. But her soul knew better.

She dropped out, walked away from her server/bartender job, and committed to tattooing full-time—knowing deep down she was meant for more.

After facing rejection for being self-taught, enduring unpaid apprenticeships, and starting over in multiple cities, Eliany built a successful career as a tattoo artist. But after navigating sabotage, heartbreak, and spiritual burnout, she realized something deeper:

The industry didn’t need more ink. It needed more leadership.

She launched her second business in executive and mindset coaching—helping high-performing artists and leaders transform from the inside out. Her mission became clear: to transmute pain into power, to raise emotional intelligence, and to build leaders who are safe in their bodies, their vision, and their voice.
